Paper Tiger is a project-based studio working in collaboration with Los Angeles contemporary gallery LeBasse Projects and their artists to produce a wide variety of multi-media. Paper Tiger will be the exclusive online source for prints, publications and artist editions from LeBasse Projects.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world (with the exception of PO boxes). Note that there are restricitons on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship via FedEx and charge a flat rate for all packages. When you place an order, you will be given 2 options; one for US and one for international. Shipping within the US is $15 and international is $25. This includes all packaging supplies as well as shipping costs. Expect all orders to be shipped 7-10 days from the time they are placed, however most packages go out more quickly.

PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to provide us with your correct and full address (including apt number, etc.) you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide your phone number when filling out shipping information so that FedEx is able to contact you if there are any problems during transit.

Return Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at editions@lebasseprojects.com with the reason for your return as well as photos of the damaged item if necessary. We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
